4. Billing and Payment

All fees are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days’ notice.

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee a 99.99% uptime SLA for our VPS services. If we fail to meet this SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service at any time for breach of these terms. You may terminate your service at any time by canceling your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

CinaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
